Today’s congregation members are accustomed to the convenience and control of online banking. Providing a similar service for making regularly scheduled online donations and registering for events through the church's website lowers administrative costs and often results in higher giving and event participation levels.

Note: In order to utilize online payment processing through Fellowship One, you will need a Fellowship One edition that supports this service.

Fellowship One Payment Gateway

A payment gateway is required for payment processing. It contains logic that will:

You will have the option to process credit/debit cards and/or eChecks through your Fellowship One Payment Gateway account. ACTIVE Network Faith offers services for both credit/debit and eCheck transactions, which allows for Online Giving and Event Registration transactions to process through the appropriate network and automatically update Giving Records, Funds, Sub Funds and Events/Activities.

To begin Online Payment Processing through Fellowship One, there are specific setup and configuration steps that must be completed. Contact your Fellowship One Account Manager to start the process. Simply send an email to FaithAccountManagement@ACTIVENetwork.com requesting information.
